Roald Wolters

Roald Wolters is senior policy advisor climate adaptation for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment in the Netherlands. He is working on climate resilience at the national and European level and is part of the delegation of the Netherlands at the OECD and IPCC. An important aspect of this work is the question how to translate of the European and international knowledge and policies to national, regional and local policies. Roald also works together with the National Environmental Agency on improving monitoring of the effectiveness of climate adaptation policies.

Roald has a master degree in environmental science as well as a master degree in environmental and European Law.
