From 19:00 – 21:00, on May 22, the evening before the forum, attendees were invited to join us for an evening of socialising, food, and drinks at the pre-forum networking event in the historic Town Hall of Saint Gilles. 

Opening addresses were provided by the European Commission and the Mayor of Saint Gilles. There was an accompanying exhibition.
