Philippe Henry

Philippe Henry is Vice-President of the Government of Wallonia, in charge of Climate, Energy, Mobility and Infrastructure. He has already been Minister of Mobility and Environment between 2009 and 2014.

Trained as a civil engineer and a former MP, Philippe Henry adopted the Climate Air and Energy Plan for Wallonia, or “PACE 2030”, which aims to initiate the necessary changes today and align all regional policies with ambitious climate targets.

Philippe Henry is also active internationally, whether in the COPs, at the European Council or as Vice-President of IRENA (the International Renewable Energy Agency).
